The focus of the morning was shopping in Pest, along Vaci Street and in the historic Great Market Hall. In the afternoon, we were given a bus tour to Heroes' Square, full of statues of important figures from Hungarian history, followed by a short visit to the Castle District in Buda. The evening was spent packing and saying our farewells to new friends. We disembarked from the Amacello early Saturday morning to head for the airport, and home.
