We covered a LOT of territory on this trip - thousands of miles (I'll leave it to anyone interested to add up the various legs of our journey), and that's not even counting our trans-Pacific flights. We had the good fortune to enjoy uneventful trips throughout our visit; no flat tires, no delayed flights. Well, there was one "New Zealand traffic jam," but only a minor one - you'll find that photo on the next page, "Flora and Fauna"!
